My Support Programme is open to adults (18+) however I regularly provide 'Parent Consultation Calls' (via zoom)

I explain the most common origins of the phobia; give tips in regard to best liaison with your child's school, and explain the key therapy interventions to avoid for children.

If you are looking for a therapeutic tool for your child, it's possible to commission a PERSONAL hypnosis audio for your child, created with their name throughout & binaural beats overlay, to aid sleep, reduce nighttime anxiety & de-escalate their fear & boost confidence.
