Whilst effective for some phobias, Exposure Therapy & CBT is rarely effective in achieving true or lasting change when it comes to Emetophobia, because neither therapy can help a person get to the true ROOTS of the problem.
Most therapy sessions are short (60mins) which can lead to anxiety-inducing and counter-productive 'clock-watching' for the client, as well as often leaving them 'mid-emotion' when the hour is up
Most therapy support ONLY provides support DURING each therapy session, with NO contact or support until 'next time', leaving the client alone with their emotions until then.
My programme uses a UNIQUE approach and I blend multiple therapy methods - each able to help my client uncover the subconscious 'roots' beneath their Emet - these are never what the person consciously 'thinks' they are!
My programme includes 'Deep Dive' sessions, so my clients have all the space & time they need with me, to work through every aspect & emotion, helping guide them find deep change and life-changing healing.
